The Modern Lake House project, commissioned by a private client, is currently in the planning and design stage. This project entails the construction of a luxurious and captivating 4-bedroom family home along with additional structures on the site.

 

The proposed design features a modern 4-bedroom family home with a gross internal area (GIA) of 220 square meters, including an internal garage. Additionally, the project includes a 2-bedroom guest bungalow, serving as a replacement for an existing barn, with a GIA of 150 square meters, also featuring an internal garage. A sauna/garden studio with a GIA of 25 square meters will also be incorporated into the design.

 

The design of Lake House draws inspiration from the local context and the site’s historical use, as well as neighboring modern property developments. The project adheres to planning and environmental constraints while meeting the specific requirements of the client.
